Tara 567 is a physical printed book shopping website operated by Sara Book. This policy explains how information is handled when customers browse products, access an account, submit orders and contact support.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect your mobile number, account details, delivery name and address, order items, transaction references, and messages you send to our support team. Technical records such as browser session and basic server access logs may also be processed.
3. Why We Use Information
This information is used to provide account access, display your cart, create and manage orders, contact you about delivery, respond to requests and protect our services from misuse.
4. Payments
When you choose UPI, a compatible third-party payment application may open. The UPI provider handles authentication and your UPI PIN. We do not ask you to enter a UPI PIN or OTP on our website. Returning from an UPI app does not by itself prove that payment succeeded; orders may be marked Pending Verification until independently checked.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
Information needed to fulfill an order may be shared with appropriate delivery or payment-service providers, and may be disclosed when required under applicable law. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Storage, Sessions and Security
In the current browser-only testing version, browser storage may keep you signed in and store your cart, delivery details included in pending order requests, and payment-attempt references on this device. These browser-only records are not submitted to an administrator or synchronized to a server. Clearing browser data may remove them. We aim to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of online storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Retention and Account Deletion
We retain information for legitimate order fulfillment, support, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete personal details; some transaction records may need to be retained where required.

To ask about access, correction, deletion or this Privacy Policy, contact the support address below. Please do not include passwords, UPI PINs or OTPs in support messages.
